At Injury claim, you don't pay us any amount of money whether your case is successful or not. This is because we work on a 'no win no fee' basis, this is also known as a conditional fee agreement or CFA and this means that we don't charge anyone should the claim be unsuccessful. This 'no win no fee' policy ensures that our clients are able to place full trust in us to handle their injury claim case as we need to reduce the risk we take and make all of our claims cases successful ones, we do this by using only the most experienced consultants and then the best solicitors who we feel can almost guarantee a successful outcome.

The people who you are making the claim against will then, as the loosing side has to pay the full costs of our fees themselves, this is not deducted from your compensation amount. They will also pay the court fees and the solicitor fees for themselves and on your behalf.

Should your injury claim be unsuccessful then you still do not pay us any amount of money, nor does the other side, if we fail then we do not receive payment, this ensures our dedication to your injury claims case. You should note, that as the loosing side you would still have to pay the court courts, as we are not responsible for this payment.

Most people take out insurance to cover this should they have the unlikely outcome of a unsuccessful injury claim, however we feel confident with our policy of only taking on claims that we are sure are likely to win, therefore this insurance is a precaution only. The insurance available is known as a Legal Expenses Insurance policy, you will also be able to negotiate with the court to Asses a fair amount to pay and a reasonable time period in which to make this payment.
